The Hyogo Prefectural Assembly Special Investigative Committee (Hyakujo Committee) began its investigation on the morning of the 5th regarding the issue of the power harassment allegations against Governor Saito Motohiko of Hyogo Prefecture, which were revealed in a document. At the beginning of the hearing, it was reported that former General Affairs Director Tomoaki Inomoto, who was scheduled to appear as a witness in the afternoon, would be absent due to mental and physical illness and having been threatened. As the head of the prefecture’s personnel authority, Inomoto is said to have led the disciplinary action against the former head of the Nishi-Harima Prefectural Affairs Bureau (60), who wrote and distributed the document, and who died in July. During the witness examination, attention was focused on how he would testify about the events that took place at the time and his interactions with Mr. Saito. In August, he was transferred to the General Affairs Department (department manager level) due to illness. The prefecture is considering investigating Inomoto on suspicion of leaking private information about a man who is unrelated to the allegations. Inomoto reportedly submitted a notice of absence on the 4th, citing his inability to recover from physical and mental ailments and the fact that he had received death threats against him. The first person to appear at the 100-Article Committee meeting that day was Professor Toshihiro Okuyama of Sophia University, who is knowledgeable about the whistleblowing system. After the man reported the incident to the prefecture’s public interest reporting hotline, the prefecture conducted an internal investigation and took disciplinary action against him, and the man will be given his opinion. Bring him out
Arrest him if he keeps running away.

This would be enough to get you arrested in Korea.

That’s a clever idea, as expected.

If I say I was threatened, do I not have to attend? This is what politicians should do from now on.

I’m not feeling well and my life is in danger, but I have no intention of quitting my position as the prefectural chief.

Threatening doesn’t matter. Still, coming out is the first step to redemption, right?
0008Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 12:51:56.94ID:kJYKOCyt0
Even though he is the perpetrator, he acts like a victim.

Two people are dead.
As Shimane Governor Maruyama said, in some cases it could be a criminal offense.
Governor Saito is a nutcase, but this should be pursued thoroughly and not allowed to quit and run away.
Well, this governor had the support of the Ishin Party, but he’s typical of the party.
And it was the Ishin Party that strongly opposed the establishment of the 100-article committee until the very end.
In other words, it’s a Ishin Party case.
This is what’s really frightening.

I don’t know if this happens in other parties, but when a governor from the Restoration Party is elected, a support organization is formed and it’s clear that this is what they do. The system that crushes informants is scary.

Ok then if we issue death threats to the governor, we won’t have to go through the 100-article commission.

This always seems dangerous, but is it okay?

It’s a refreshing escape.

Saito Motohiko: “That’s a good idea.”

Are all the members of the Gyutan Club that you met in Sendai from Miyagi Prefecture?

Is he so sick that he can’t even attend classes remotely?
Isn’t that almost like admitting that he’s done something wrong?

>Isn’t that almost like an admission that you’ve done something wrong?
That’s it.
If you’re innocent, you can just attend the hearing and answer questions under oath.
It may be Saito or the Restoration Party’s idea, but refusing to attend at the last minute is completely counterproductive.
0017Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 12:55:41.63ID:DRdeiMl/0
Are the death threats coming from Ishin believers?
0018Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 12:56:09.02ID:jumnQmhw0
They’re still prefectural government employees. Even though they behave like this, they still get paid and can get retirement benefits. I’m surprised the people of Hyogo aren’t angry.
0022Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 12:58:33.15ID:I4AvgSWc0
The death threat means Governor Saito said, “If you speak, I’ll kill you”?

Because they can’t lie in the 100-Article Committee, it just looks like criminals are getting away with it. It’s the governor and people like this who should be disciplined.

>You can’t lie at the 100-Article Committee,
so you’ll end up having to testify against Governor Saito

You can’t attend to help him
>It just looks like a criminal is running away

Right

He refused the opportunity to officially prove his innocence, so it’s like he’s confessing that he did it.

0026Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 13:01:48.79ID:UaTHE8DM0
In addition to the governor, this guy and the lawyer should also be arrested.

It’s like a politician being hospitalized. The only person I’ve seen use it recently is Ozawa.

I won’t be hospitalized.

Connect them online from home and let them testify.
0034Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 13:05:26.61ID:5Zvmf6Vm0
You should be able to attend remotely.
0035Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 13:05:26.69ID:605B/O+g0(1/2)
There’s probably a lot I can’t say.
0037Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 13:06:01.88ID:kD3ZZCPq0
If you have strong convictions, you should be able to come forward even if you receive death threats. That’s what informants are like after all.
0038Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 13:06:13.67ID:LZ/mvCzP0
My stomach hurts.
0039Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 13:06:32.54ID:4jPtYPA60
In the end, both sides have something to hide.
0040Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 13:06:34.26ID:zvogI9Jp0
Please be specific about where you received the death threats.

This is pitch black🤭.

He piles lies on top of lies, runs away and what is he going to do after this? Without taking any responsibility, it’s impossible for either his family or this guy to live an honest life in this country anymore.
0045Anonymous Donburako.Sep. 5, 2024 (Thu) 13:09:54.34ID:Aal8kgY30
Don’t let them get away with it. Hunt them down, cut off all their severance pay, and then demand damages.

Even if you don’t work, you’re treated like a manager. Being a civil servant is great.
