He was sent to prosecutors on the 10th,” said a social affairs desk official. On the afternoon of August 20th, Shiiki was on the street in Kabukicho, Tokyo when he approached a first-year junior high school girl he did not know and said, “I’ll give you 20,000 yen if you want to hang out.” The crime is believed to have been committed at a karaoke bar in Kabukicho that they had visited together, and was discovered when the manager of the bar reported that a man and a woman were behaving suspiciously.”
