It is suspected that on March 18th of this year at around 7pm in a park in Yamanouchi, Higashi Ward, Kumamoto City, the man punched and kicked a 14-year-old junior high school student living in Kumamoto City in the stomach, thighs, etc., and also pressed a lit cigarette into the boy’s right cheek, causing an injury that will take approximately two weeks to heal, and then extorted 200 yen in cash that the boy had on him at the time. According to Kumamoto Higashi Police Station, the day before the incident, the man’s friend and the male junior high school student got into an argument, and after hearing the argument, the man called the boy, but the boy refused. The next day, a man appeared in the park where the junior high school boy was playing with his friends. The male junior high school student filed a complaint with the police. When questioned by police, the man denied the allegations, saying he “didn’t remember.”
