On October 6th, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department’s Shinagawa Police Station arrested Takumi Suetomi (29), an employee of the NHK Media Technology Bureau, on suspicion of trespassing into a women’s changing room at a taxi company. At the time of his arrest, Suetomi was in an intoxicated state, and when questioned he reportedly said, “I don’t understand why I was arrested.” The suspect was arrested on suspicion of entering without permission into the women’s changing room at a taxi company office at 3 Higashi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, at around 12:30 a.m. on the 6th.
