Inflation is on par with that of the US. It’s rising so fast, I’m surprised you can still survive.

It’s getting to the point where even people who work for listed companies or doctors working in Tokyo have a hard time buying a new apartment.
It’s terrible that people who make 15 or 20 million a year can’t buy one.

Japanese people are also concentrated in Tokyo, so many people probably prefer Tokyo or nearby areas to the countryside.

If you’re going to commute every day, it’s better to be close.
If you’re going to commute once a week or once a month, the Shinkansen or whatever is fine.

Whether you can get a loan from a real estate agent or not and actually repay it without difficulty is another story.

A mortgage should be up to three times your household’s annual income.
In other words, the only way to buy a house worth billions is for a power couple in their 30s with an annual household income of 25 million and the ability to prepare a down payment of 25 million yen.

In the city, if you buy a house and leave it alone, your money will grow. With global inflation, there’s no limit.

It seems to be the influence of the large, expensive property, Toyosu Tower Marine & Sky, but when a new apartment in Tokyo exceeded 100 million yen, people also said it was the influence of Azabudai Hills or whatever.

It’s the same as iPhones. People who own them sell them and buy new ones, so it doesn’t feel that expensive. It’s the same with real estate.
