A geological research institute in Hunan Province, China, announced on the 21st that it had discovered a huge gold deposit underground in Pingjiang County in the province. According to expert analysis, the reserves are estimated to be more than 1,000 tons, with resource value estimated at 600 billion yuan (approximately 12.8 trillion yen).
