Takashi Tachibana’s arrest status sparks debate as Hiroyuki’s theory is denied by Ryuichi Yoneyama, leading to heated exchanges.

Why hasn’t Takashi Tachibana been arrested? Ryuichi Yoneyama denies Hiroyuki’s “theory”: “He’s just saying too many random things.” On the 27th, Ryuichi Yoneyama (57), a member of the House of Representatives from the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, updated his x (formerly Twitter) account. Takashi Tachibana (57), leader of the Party to Protect the People from NHK, which has stirred controversy by running for the Hyogo Prefectural gubernatorial election, was referring to a post by Hiroyuki Nishimura (47), the founder and former administrator of 2channel, also known as “Hiroyuki,” who speculated on the reason why he has not been arrested. In 2010, Tachibana was charged with violating the Unfair Competition Prevention Act and obstruction of business by intimidation, among other charges, for illegally obtaining personal information of NHK subscribers and posting it online, thereby disrupting NHK’s operations. He was sentenced to two and a half years in prison, suspended for four years. Also on the 22nd of this month, Hyogo Prefectural Assembly member Kenichi Okutani, who serves as chairman of the Prefectural Assembly Special Investigation Committee (100 Articles Committee), which is investigating the authenticity of documents that were whistle-blowered by Hyogo Prefectural Governor Motohiko Saito and others, filed a criminal complaint against Tachibana for defamation, alleging that false information about him was spread on social media. Hiroyuki quoted an article that featured Tachibana in a similar situation. “Tachibana Takashi is on suspended sentence and cannot be arrested as long as he is running in elections, so there is a theory that he will continue to run in elections,” he began, and continued, “He has already run for mayor of Minami Awaji, so this seems credible.” Regarding Hiroyuki’s theory, Yoneyama said, “Suspension of execution means that the execution of the sentence is suspended for a certain period of time, and once that period has passed, the sentence is forgiven, and you will not be arrested if you do not run in the election. Moreover, there is no rule that says you cannot be arrested during election period,” he denied the allegations. “You may be misunderstanding that Diet members have immunity from arrest, but you’re making too many random comments about things you don’t know,” he said, to which Hiroyuki responded, “Whether Tachibana is arrested during the election will prove that Yoneyama is right.”

Hiroyuki should just keep quiet, he’s an idiot.

Even if a politician were to take on Hiroyuki, he wouldn’t know that health insurance premiums differ from region to region.

A typical example of someone who hates to lose. Hiroyuki after all.

It’s funny how Yoneyama always appears to beat up Hiroyuki.

There’s a subtle discrepancy here. I think Hiroyuki isn’t trying to say that he has immunity from arrest, but that the police are showing favoritism as long as he’s running for office.

The mentality that allows him to say this calmly is Hiroyuki’s strength. Hiroyuki: “The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology will not revoke the license of a teacher who commits obscene acts, so three more children have become victims and this is the fourth arrest. “Are all the bureaucrats and ministers in the Ministry of Education just idiots?” he retorted. While there are many voices online agreeing with this opinion, there are also comments such as, “Since his arrest last year, past cases have been brought to light, and he has been repeatedly rearrested, re-detained, and further indicted, making this his fourth arrest,” and “It feels like he has been arrested, rearrested, rearrested, and rearrested four times in this series of investigations.” If that is the case, criticizing the Ministry of Education is misguided.”

Hiroyuki responded, “Whether or not Tachibana is arrested during the election will prove whether Yoneyama is right.” It’s so acrobatic to shift the blame when you lose an argument.

Hiroyuki’s mad dog behavior has been abnormal this week, as he angrily picks holes in Yoneyama, Tachibana, Maezawa, anti-Ishiba, anti-Yamamoto Taro, etc.

Yoneyama is the kind of person who got mad when he was teased by the law faculty while he was in school, so he qualified as a lawyer. He’s the kind of person who wants to make himself look amazing, and will even warp his life to achieve that. But so far in his life, there have been very few people who have told him he’s amazing, and he’s probably happy that people are finally paying attention to him after he gets involved with Hiroyuki.

If he is found guilty in the trial on the 22nd of this month, his suspended sentence will be revoked and he will be imprisoned. Perhaps his delusions were fuelled by the story of when Horiemon asked Shinzo Abe why he was arrested and was told it was because he didn’t win the election.

The reason Tachibana isn’t arrested by the police is because he cooperates with them and doesn’t run away. He’s a pervert who happily goes to police questioning and loves court cases.

This isn’t a coherent argument, and I think Yoneyama is just jumping on the subject without really understanding it.
