According to police, at around 7:30 p.m. on the 1st, on the platform at Kyushu Sandai-mae Station on the JR Kagoshima Line in Higashi-ku, Fukuoka City, a man asked a police officer sitting next to him who was on his way home, “Do you know about basic income?” When the man replied, “I don’t know,” the man suddenly punched him in the face. The man sustained cuts inside his mouth and the man was arrested on the spot.
