2004: Murder of a 3rd grade girl → life sentence 2006: Attempted murder of a 4th grade girl → Arrested (2024/11) 2007: Murder of a 2nd grade girl → Arrested (2024/11) Death sentence, right?
I think that people with a criminal record who target children should be implanted with GPS devices, but I’m sure self-proclaimed human rights activists would be wholeheartedly opposed to it.
It seems clear that the best and most effective way to prevent more victims from occurring is to quickly behead these freaks on their first offense and banish them from this world.
>>22 When I googled it, I found that in 2000, he hit a girl (11 years old) in Akashi City → arrested for assault, in 2009, he hit a girl (6 years old) in Himeji City → arrested for assault, and in 2015, he stabbed a girl (14 years old) in the stomach in Himeji City → arrested for attempted murder.
>>31 He was arrested for a murder in 2004 and sentenced to life imprisonment, but subsequent investigations and testimony revealed that he was also responsible for the attempted murder in 2006 and the murder in 2007.
