Devi is astonished at the acquittal of Kishu Don Juan’s ex-wife, saying, “I would never ask my wife to buy me stimulants.” Devi (84) updated her Instagram on the 13th. He was referring to the case in which the Wakayama District Court acquitted a 28-year-old ex-wife of murder and other charges for allegedly forcing a wealthy Wakayama company president, known as “Don Juan of Kishu,” to take stimulants and killing him. “I am astonished at the Wakayama District Court’s acquittal of the ex-wife of ‘Kishuu Don Juan’ Nozaki Kosuke. Nozaki boasted about his incredible sexual stamina and had a deep contempt for people who used drugs. There is no way that he would ask his wife to buy stimulants. I only had a sip or two of beer. “I believe that other than me, the housekeeper can also testify to this,” he wrote, along with a photo of the two of them together. “She has been sentenced for another fraud offence and will not be released. He ordered a lethal amount of stimulant drugs from a drug dealer and actually made contact with him. He had searched the internet for things like “old man, perfect crime” and “stimulant overdose.” “It makes no sense that his death can be dismissed as an accidental overdose, as he was trying to organise a lavish funeral for his beloved dog.” He continued, “There is testimony that Nozaki called others and said things like, ‘I’m using stimulants,’ which are regulated by law. “This testimony is questionable,” he said, adding, “Could it be that his voice was recorded? She liked to research bizarre cases. “As someone who knows Mr. Nozaki, I find it very difficult to trust such important testimony.”

After seeing a juror on the TV news with curly bangs covering both his eyes talking about a case that could lead to murder, I thought the lay judge system should be abolished.
Lay judge trials are prone to reverse bias. The more the media claims that the defendant is guilty, the more cautious they become, leading to the conclusion that the defendant may be innocent. It’s not uncommon for the verdict to be overturned on appeal.
All they need to do is find the dealer and prove how the drug was administered. I’m not saying that this woman has any right or that she’s innocent, but I think the verdict will be not guilty and there’s no way around it.
Marital murder cases are hard to prosecute. Many people kill their spouses, make it an accident or suicide, and get away with it, and get the inheritance. Why do we have such a dangerous institution as marriage?
There’s a side to everyone that we don’t know about. Even my wife thinks I’m a serious guy who doesn’t go to brothels. Even married couples have their secrets, so what else can a complete stranger know, Devi-chan?

Maybe the lawyer was good, because he succeeded in convincing the lay jurors that the defendant should not be found guilty based on circumstantial evidence alone, since there was no conclusive evidence.
