Asaka Police Station arrested four female high school students aged between 15 and 17 years old living in Saitama Prefecture on suspicion of fraud and sent them to the Saitama District Public Prosecutors Office on the 13th, in connection with four special fraud cases that occurred in Saitama Prefecture and Tokyo, in which the four female high school students divided up roles such as receiving and disbursing in each case, and defrauded a total of approximately 2.9 million yen in cash from the victims. The four reportedly stated that their motive was that they wanted money to have fun. The suspects were arrested and indicted on suspicion of conspiring with an unnamed person to call a woman (71) in Arakawa Ward, Tokyo, and a man (83) in Sayama City, Tokyo, on July 19 and July 25, pretending to be their sons and making statements such as, “I got the woman pregnant. He is suspected of deceiving the man out of a total of 2.1 million yen in cash in Saitama City and near his home by telling him lies such as “I need a settlement payment.” The total damage from the four fraud cases amounted to approximately 2.9 million yen. According to police, the four were friends and attended two high schools in the prefecture. A high school freshman girl (16) who was looking for a high-paying part-time job found a job on a social networking site that involved receiving and transporting cash. She accepted the job and invited other female students to help her. The perpetrators allegedly received rewards of several tens of thousands of yen per incident from their supervisors in parks and on the streets of Tokyo. By October 17th, four people had been arrested and three had been re-arrested. On the 13th of this month, the investigation into the Sayama incident was concluded with the extradition of a 16-year-old. [Saitama Shimbun] 2024/12/14 (Sat) 11:16.
If they say it’s okay if they get caught because they’re minors, they’ll easily fall for it, and the reward is a digit lower, so they’re probably happy with it.
>>34 Don’t worry. People with criminal records are more likely to receive welfare than normal people, so you’ll have a comfortable life after you get out.
I think it’s good they were caught before they were forced to commit crimes. If it’s only a few million yen, the four of them can pay it back right away, and they can still get a second chance at life.
Three years ago, I posted on a thread asking if there were any ideas for getting high school girls to do old men’s hobbies, “High school girls x Telephone fraud,” but it turned out to be a real problem, lol.
