Hotel staff have angrily accused foreign guests of “stealing 10 bath towels,” “smashing windows,” and “smashing the TV,” as well as sexually assaulting staff.
“Peeing next to the bed” “Stealing 10 bath towels” – Hotel staff makes angry accusation of foreign guests We spoke to a woman who works at a hotel in Tokyo. “There’s been a lot of talk about soaring hotel prices in Tokyo, so let me give my opinion as someone who works in a hotel. I’m really fed up with foreign tourists. They dirty the rooms, break equipment, steal linens, are arrogant, and demand more service than we can provide, so the staff are always exhausted. “I want Japanese people to stay here too,” said Chikuwabu (@tkwbid), who works at a hotel in Tokyo. In subsequent posts, she listed a number of incidents she had suffered from foreign guests, including “peeing next to the bed,” “smashing the window,” “smashing the TV,” and “stealing 10 bath towels,” among others, including sexual assault against staff. Huh? What was that article about inbound tourists having better customer quality than Go To Travel? Was that a fabricated article by the mass media? lol.
>>13 Either way, if you sell it cheaply, you’ll attract more customers with bad reputations. The only difference is whether they’re from inside or outside.
>>13 During the GoTo campaign, it was low-income Japanese people who don’t usually travel who were causing trouble. Now, the weak yen is just bringing in low-income foreigners.
It’s ok to be pissed. Foreigners are just a first timer anyway, so they’ll act humble and be looked down upon. It would be better if those shitty people didn’t come here anymore.
During the seven years of the Abe administration, the number of Vietnamese people living in Japan has increased eightfold, to 410,000. Thank you Immigrant Party. That’s almost the population of a local prefecture. Thank you Devil’s Immigrant Party.
I wonder if Chinese people do this kind of thing in other countries besides Japan. I wonder what the reputation is like in European and American hotels.
Surprisingly, it’s not Asians who are doing this, but rather white and black customers. Now, even people with no money or common sense can enjoy themselves lavishly in Japan at super low prices. These people honestly believe that because they are superior to the Japanese, they can get away with anything they do.
I’m sure they’ll make me pay for things like the broken TV, but the theft of bath towels and linens, and other unnecessary costs will have to be added to the overall room rate.
Could we make a blacklist within the hotel industry and share it so that people can not stay there again, or report them to the Chinese government and lobby them to lower their credit scores?
