In response to the repeated demonstrations calling for the exclusion of certain foreigners that have taken place in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture, the Japan Kurdish Cultural Association (Kawaguchi City) filed a request for a provisional injunction against a man from Kanagawa Prefecture who is organizing the demonstrations, seeking to stop demonstrations within a 600-meter radius of the association’s office. On the 21st, the Saitama District Court ruled in favor of the request. According to the complaint, the man founded a group called the “Hinomaru Street Campaign Club” and has been conducting street demonstrations since March 2020, claiming to be its representative. Between February and October of this year, he went around the office of the Japan Kurdish Cultural Association eight times, holding up placards and flags with slanderous and libelous messages against the association, and using a megaphone to make statements such as “Kurds should get out of Japan” and “We don’t need a Kurdish association in Japan that supports suicide bombings.” The group pointed out that these actions constitute defamation that lowers the association’s social status and hate speech that incites the exclusion of Kurds, and said there is a risk that their personal rights will continue to be violated. They also argued for the need to stop the demonstration in advance, as the men had announced that they would be holding one on the 24th of this month.

Was there such a rule?
I guess they can slander foreigners and ethnicities as much as they want.
If that’s the case, then it’s okay to criticize Korea,
and Carlos Ghosn too.

Why not make them live on a deserted island?
There are plenty of islands.
