On the 30th, Akita City used a drone to photograph the inside of the store, but no bears were spotted, and the bear has not yet entered the two capture cages set up near the entrance. However, on the morning of the 1st, when a store employee checked from outside, they found that the meat section of the store had been ransacked and all the meat that had been on display had disappeared. Police plan to use a drone to inspect the store on the 1st as well. On the morning of the 30th, two entrances to the store and the rear loading entrance were open for opening preparations, but it is not known when or from where the bear entered.
