At a press conference announcing its financial results, major securities firm Nomura Holdings acknowledged that the suspect arrested in Hiroshima for allegedly giving a couple in their 80s a sleeping drug, setting their house on fire and stealing their cash was an employee of Nomura Securities, and said it was “extremely regrettable.” Yusei Kajiwara (29), an unemployed man from Hayama Town, Kanagawa Prefecture, was arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery and murder, and arson, after he allegedly gave a couple in their 80s a sleeping drug in Nishi Ward, Hiroshima City in July of this year, rendering them unconscious, and then set fire to their house and stole approximately 26 million yen in cash. Nomura Holdings CFO Takumi Kitamura acknowledged at a press conference announcing the company’s financial results on the 1st that the suspect was an employee of Nomura Securities. As the employee has already been dismissed, CFO Kitamura said, “It is extremely regrettable that a former employee has been arrested. However, as this is related to the investigation, I would like to refrain from commenting further.” He added, “I don’t think that this incident has caused us to lose the trust of all our customers. “However, I believe we have a large role to play in restoring trust.” Regarding management responsibility, he merely said, “There are many things we don’t know, so I think it’s too early to answer questions about responsibility.”
>>3 The incident was discovered and he was fired. I can’t imagine him having financial problems with the treatment he gets at Nomura, so I wonder if he got in through connections.
They say he was a former employee, but he was fired after the attempted murder was discovered, so they should just say it was a crime committed by a current employee. TV also tries to be vague about it being a major securities company. Face reality.
Murder, arson, and rape are designated as “major crimes,” and if the chief of the investigation department cannot solve them, he or she may be fired. That’s why investigators are so desperate. The police are not incompetent. Don’t watch a silly drama like Chief Investigative Director and think you can commit the perfect crime. In reality, a steady investigation similar to that of “Rogue Detective Junjoha” is being carried out.
Japanese people really do commit crimes whenever they get the chance. A major securities company employee commits murder. It’s the end of the world. China, Korea and Japan are not that different. Aren’t China and Korea better? This.
More than this incident, looking at recent crimes, it’s highly likely that teenagers and people in their twenties today are leaking personal information about clients of their companies to people doing shady part-time work. This is a big problem.
The word “netouyo” means “patriot.” In other words, the people who make fun of and criticize netouyo are anti-Japanese agents from China and Korea. Their goal is to make people think that being patriotic is uncool and weaken Japan’s national power. Japanese people should be careful not to be misled by the posts of anti-Japanese agents.
The yen’s depreciation continues. Kajiwara-san, please help me with this 26 million yen I’ve been hiding in my closet. At this point, an electric current runs through Kajiwara. Putu-on. Tonegawa’s speech goes full throttle. If you go to work every day, work overtime, and continue that lifestyle for over 10 years, when you reach your mid-30s or 40s, the amount of money you’ll finally be able to save is 10 or 20 million yen. Do you understand? 20 million is a lot of money! A lot of money! Compared to that, what are you guys?!
