Numerous false declarations made regarding compensation for damages by the former Johnny’s Entertainment Group “appear to have been made by anti-social organisations.”
Of the 996 people who reported damages, about half, or 497 people, agreed to the compensation terms, and compensation has been paid to 489 people. On the other hand, they were unable to contact 244 filers, and informed 203 of them that they would not receive compensation. This is the current situation that was announced by the former Johnny’s Agency, “smile-up.” (hereinafter, Smile Company) on August 30th. (Omitted) A year later… Although half of those who reported being victims were “relieved,” nearly the remaining half lost contact or refused compensation. “I feel frustrated and annoyed about this,” the former Johnny’s Jr. member revealed his thoughts about the fact. The frustration felt by this former employee who has already received compensation is that “the people who filed the complaint and for whom Smile decided not to provide compensation could not be confirmed as either employed or suffering damages. Moreover, there are rumors among the victims that the false reports were made by anti-social forces.”
Indeed, Smile Inc. also lists claims such as “The late Johnny Kitagawa was staying overseas during the period when the claimants were harmed in Japan” as a typical example of the 203 compensation refusal notices. But the identities of those who made the unsubstantiated claims remain unclear. So we followed up on the “false taxpayer information” that the former employee had mentioned, and came across cases that had been reported, where people had been involved in fraud and illegal lending. “It’s possible that false declarations have gone through.” First, there is the declarant who was reported as a “former gangster” who was arrested and indicted on charges of fraud in the late 1990s. He is accused of making false accusations and defrauding people of cash at discount stores and convenience stores in the Kanto region. Next, there are those who were not recognized as perpetrators and therefore could not receive compensation. Although she reported that she had been sexually assaulted while watching a TV show rehearsal as a junior high school student, it appears she was unable to convince the relief committee. He was arrested a dozen years ago for violating the Investment Law. He opened an illegal loan business from his home and used the money he earned to stalk celebrities. In a recent case, a person who was arrested for fraud after defrauding COVID-19 relief business continuity subsidies was also seeking compensation for the damage. More in the source.
I wonder who traced the information on false tax returners. From the article, it looks like it was a reporter, but I wonder if the information has been made public.
What’s the point of labelling every single person as anti-social when all they need to do is tell a lie? Doesn’t it really matter who is making the false report?
I mean, how many boys did Johnny sexually assault? As soon as the BBC reported it and the UN raised the issue, he had the nerve to say “I’d heard rumors.” They’re just as bad as Johnny in the TV, radio and entertainment industries.
