As the year comes to an end, a lot of attention is being focused on national talent Masahiro Nakai (52). It all started with a report in the December 19th issue of Josei Seven (Shogakukan). In 2023, Nakai had planned to have dinner with a man and a woman, but the man suddenly was unable to attend, leaving him alone with the woman. After that, it is said that “serious problems arose between the two of them in the closed room, escalating into trouble.” (Omitted) It seems that quite a few people are thinking about this news from the perspective of, “What if Nakai was married…?” “Things have calmed down recently, but when he was younger, Nakai-san was often in the headlines in the weekly magazines, with reports of his relationships with women appearing, then disappearing, then appearing again. On the other hand, even if you ignore the fact that he is an “idol” for a living, he has always made statements that are negative about marriage, and he is still single.” (Female magazine editor)
Nakamura starred in the drama series “Konkatsu!” (Fuji TV, April 2009), which has the theme of marriage hunting, and at the press conference announcing the show, he said, “I’m not very positive about marriage, so I hope this drama will help me change my attitude… but I still feel strongly that marriage isn’t on my mind. But I do have hope that things will change,” he commented. Even after SMAP disbanded at the end of 2016, his attitude has not changed, and on the January 2018 broadcast of “Nakai-kun no Gaku Switch” (TBS), he said, “I have never thought about (getting married). Not even once,” he declared, before adding, “I’ve said this so many times. He’s cold towards women. And there are some people who approach. He once made some rather harsh remarks, saying, “(That’s why I can only assume that the women who approach me are after my money).” Furthermore, on his signature program “Masahiro Nakai’s Friday Smiles” (TBS), which will air in August 2023, he stated firmly, “Because I think marriage is a prison!” He said that if they were to get married, “living separately” would be an absolute requirement, and added, “If I lived in Tokyo and the other person lived in Kawasaki, then it would be just about the same. He once jokingly said, “I want my wife to come over in the evening to cook dinner and be home by the time I get home.” More in the source.
To begin with, there are a fair number of people who are not suited to living with the opposite sex, so this can’t be helped. That doesn’t mean it’s okay to harm the opposite sex, though. That’s a separate issue.
During the recording of the final episode of Nakai Masahiro’s show, he gave all the staff high-end bento lunches, and if he flattered the staff, they’d use him when he became a senior executive. Hey Nakajima Producer, you’re fired, and so is Minato.
Masahiro Wakaikei’s view of love is exactly like mine, a 55-year-old ADHD non-binary single man. That doesn’t mean I’ve used my power to seduce young women, or even used the prostitution industry.
