In Gwangju, South Korea, a YouTuber chased a driver suspected of drunk driving, resulting in the driver’s death. This has reignited the issue of “private punishment” content, which punishes people without going through legal procedures. The Gwangju Metropolitan Police Agency recently charged a male YouTuber with obstruction of business after tracking and capturing a vehicle suspected of being drunk and live-streaming the incident. The man pursued the driver, in his 30s, who he suspected had been drinking, for about two kilometres. In the process, the driver crashed into a parked truck and was killed. The chase was broadcast live on YouTube. This YouTuber has previously created content documenting his pursuit of and arresting people suspected of drunk driving. South Korea: YouTuber comes under fire for “private punishment” for drunk driving…driver dies after being pursued.

Even though it’s Korea, I don’t understand how this is obstruction of business.
Normally, wouldn’t they arrest him for violating traffic laws or dangerous driving?

Kinki people, especially Kyoto people, have the same genes as Koreans.
The obvious proof is that the overwhelming majority of people have single eyelids.

A lot of people don’t get that.
For example, some people aren’t drinking when they come out of a bar.
I don’t drink alcohol at all, but I attend company drinking parties quite often, so I’m always treated like a driver.

I think they’re too strict on drunk driving. If they really want to prevent fatal accidents, they should immediately revoke all driving licenses for things like looking at a smartphone and speeding. The death rate is overwhelmingly higher that way.
