A series of random killings in China. The phrase that is now attracting attention as the background to this incident is “santei sansho.” What on earth is going on? ■ A series of random killings: “Retribution against society”?
Caster Yoshihara Ami: We will report on the series of random killings in China. There have been three such cases in the past week alone. On November 11th, a man drove his car out of control in Guangdong Province. 35 people have died and 43 have been injured. That was five days later. On the 16th, a man also stabbed students in Jiangsu Province, leaving eight dead and 17 injured. [Omitted] Furthermore, on the 19th, a man hit a group of children with his car in Hunan Province, injuring many people. In addition to this, there are many other incidents where people are targeted indiscriminately. In response to this situation, President Xi Jinping stated, “We must prevent the occurrence of extreme incidents and make every effort to ensure the safety of people’s lives and social stability.” I have issued important instructions to make every effort to prevent recurrence and maintain social stability. [Omitted] They say they will strengthen management as well as care for the casualties and their families. People who have little contact with the world, and who are referred to as the “three low and three young,” are unable to connect with others due to the Chinese government’s tightening of control, and are unable to discuss their problems even when they have them. [Omitted] Amidst all this, the phrase “three lows and three littles” is gaining attention. The “three lows” refer to low income, social status, and social prestige. The “three few” refers to having few opportunities to interact with others, to interact with society, and to voice one’s dissatisfaction. Hong Kong media has reported that local governments have instructed them to focus on identifying and managing these “three low and three young” people as people who are likely to commit crimes. >>4 In that sense, Japanese politicians are doing a good job. They’re letting Monk vent his frustrations by letting him say whatever he wants on the internet. If I were in China, I’d be executed by now.
China is always copying Japan lol. In Japan, the Odakyu Line random stabbing, the Keio Joker, and the Akihabara random killing happened over 10 years ago.
With the one-child policy, what happens when your parents die? It’s fine if your parents’ generation still has siblings and cousins, but when you become a generation without those, it’s lonely. You enter a generation where you’re ostracized by the family and no longer exist.
China is a human rights country because they can capture the perpetrators of random murders without shooting them. In America, they would be shot on the spot and wouldn’t be able to stand trial alive.
No no lol Chinese tourists who come to Japan are official tourists arranged by the Japanese and Chinese governments so they can change their “quality” whenever they want and people living in Japan become saboteurs immediately if an order is issued it’s not something that only concerns me lol.
Recently, when I look at Yahoo! comments, I see people who seem to be genuine Chinese (≠ Taiwanese) whose Japanese is very questionable. Wouldn’t they get caught for posting on a community in another country?
By the way, when a young Chinese tourist was interviewed about this incident on TV, he was smiling but then suddenly ran away with a straight face lol. That’s just what Chinese tourists are like.
>>36 That’s too rude for a tourist Chinese people can be arrested if they say something careless, so there’s no way they can give a proper answer I’m sure the TV knows about that and is doing it anyway, so maybe they’re making them step on the picture under orders from the Chinese Communist Party.
They have a population 10 times larger than Japan, so there are 10 times as many invincible people. The disparity is nearly 10 times larger than Japan, so if you think about it, there may be 100 times as many invincible people. There are tens of thousands of Katos and Aobas, so I’m looking forward to what happens next.
It must be for personal reasons. If the motive was really retaliation against society, this incident would have been hushed up. In other words, the Chinese Communist Party decided that it was news that could be shared overseas.
>>43 If they arrest them before they commit the crime and execute them all, public safety and politics will be good. The Communist Party would do it without hesitation.
Unemployed, shut-in netouyos fit the criteria of the three lows and three littles perfectly. Although netouyos are wimps who don’t even have the initiative to commit random murders.
> The “three lows” refer to low income, social status, and social prestige. “The three young” refers to having few opportunities to interact with others, to interact with society, and to voice one’s dissatisfaction. That’s exactly what they’re talking about: right-wing netizens and Abe followers.
>>68 They’re the same as the people called weak men, like elderly Japanese anime otakus or men who live in their childhood rooms. They’re unpopular, low-class men.
